Why was I charged sales tax?
Massachusetts charges sales tax on all of these items
What is your shipping policy?
Custom work orders will be held for 24 hours before going into production unless priority shipping has been requested. Standard shipping within 2-5 business days of order placement. Priority shipping will incur an additional fee.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you may cancel only within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Wood products are made to order, and once the items are made, there is no refund. You may make changes within the first 24 after the order is received.
What is your return/exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges on custom orders. For defective craftsmanship, the Item must be returned for replacement or exchange.
