All personalized sales are final after the purchased items are released. If something gets damaged en route, the customer should let us know as soon as possible. All sales on custom-made items are final. Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so let us communicate and solve any issues together.
All sales on any bulk-order items are final to keep prices low and maintain inventory. Again, good communication is the best tool for resolution here.
We are not responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or similar grammatical errors submitted with an order. We will use the proposed text to personalize each item.
Since we make each order as it comes in, we will do our best to make necessary changes to a submitted personalization order (mistakes happen!). Still, we cannot guarantee your request for any changes introduced more than 24 hours after initially offering the order.
We will not personalize any item using words of profanity, hate speech, overtly sexual messages, or any other language deemed inappropriate. If we feel a personalization option violates this policy, we will contact the customer for an alternative option or cancel the order and issue a refund.
