All personalized sales are final after the purchased items are released. If something gets damaged en route, the customer should let us know as soon as possible. All sales on custom-made items are final.
All sales on any bulk-order items are final to keep prices low and maintain inventory. Again, good communication is the best tool for resolution here.
We are not responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or similar grammatical errors submitted with an order. We will use the proposed text to personalize each item.
As our products are made to order, if personalization has to be modified we will do our best to make the necessary adjustments (mistakes happen!). However, we cannot guarantee that any change request made more than 24 hours after your order was originally placed can be accommodated.
We will not personalize any item using words of profanity, hate speech, overtly sexual messages, or any other language deemed inappropriate. We will contact the customer for an alternative option or cancel the order and refund the customer if a personalization option violates this policy.
